Air pollution is one of the biggest problem in the present-day environment. Air pollution is rising day by day in the cities and it is affecting everyone including humans, animals, forests, etc. Air is getting polluted because release of toxic gases from industries, vehicle emissions and increased concentration of harmful gases and particulate matter in the atmosphere.
Drexel Air Quality Monitoring System finds applications for monitoring Ambient Air Quality in cities as the air quality is deteriorating day by day due to increases of pollution levels in ambient air.
For measuring PM 10 PM 2.5 on Beta Ray Attenuation principle is used. In beta attenuation principle, the energy is absorbed from beta particles which collected on filter media after passing through the particulate matters. Here Beta Gauge is used as a particulate sampling instrument.
DX4P-A analyzer is designed with an extractive measurement technique. In measures gases like NO2, CO, SO2, and O3 are attached along with a PM analyzer to measure gas concentration in the atmosphere.
The interface is user friendly our works seamlessly. When the system is switched on, the system is powered up then the HMI display starts automatically, further configured parameters are shown on the display.
Air Pollution Monitoring System Analyzer constantly track the air quality in an area and displays the Air Quality report on an LCD Screen as well. It sends the data to the online platform/SPCB/CPCB servers. The status of Air Quality can be accessed anytime from anywhere with automatic updates at defined time intervals. This Monitoring device can deliver real-time measurement of Air Quality.
